TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CHARTERS

PAYMENT

Payment in full must be received in our office prior to your scheduled departure date or we reserve the right to

cancel the order. (Date will be determined depending on charter and destination). When mailing your

payment, please make certain you identify the trip by the INVOICE number on your contract. Payments may

be made by cash, cheque or money order and forwarded to the address on the invoice.

DEPOSITS AND/OR CANCELLATION FEES

Deposits are required to hold and secure your bookings. These are non-refundable but can be

Transferred to a future date within a reasonable amount of time and is subject to approval.

Please note the dates on your contract.

A cancellation fee of $850.00 + gst per coach will be applied to same day cancellations.

OVERNIGHT CHARGES

The charter party is responsible to supply our Driver’s Single Hotel Accommodation unless alternative

arrangements have been made.

TOLLS/PARKING/MISCELLANEOUS

Any of the above charges that you wish our Driver to handle must be prepaid to Angel Tours or included in the

invoice charges. These amounts will be reflected on the Charter Order. Any charges not prepaid will be the

Charter Party’s responsibility.

DAMAGE

All Charter Party’s are responsible for, and will be billed for any damage to our coach during the chartered trip.

EQUIPMENT

We reserve the right to substitute Coach Equipment without notice.

DRIVER REQUEST

The Charter Party may request a specific Driver based on availability. These requests must be forwarded to

Angel Tours in writing or by contacting our Charter Sales Office at any time. Please forward your request to

our office 7 days prior to trip departure.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Our office must approve any changes in the trip itinerary once the Charter has departed. The Charter Party

may be required to sign for any additional charges that may occur as a result of the change.

SERVICE DELAYS

Angel Tours will not be liable for matters beyond our control including but not limited to Traffic Congestion,

Weather Conditions or Acts of God.

FUEL SURCHARGE

Prices are based on today’s fuel costs and could be subject to a surcharge if prices continue to escalate.

HOURS OF SERVICE

All charters require an itinerary and must meet all provincial rules and regulations and cannot exceed legal

Hours of operation by law.
